This 64 unit community was done utilizing 9% LIHTC and HOME funds. The syndicator for this project was Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. It is owned by Renaissance CDC and Columbus Housing Partnership. We provided Development Advisory Services to Renaissance CDC. This is a lease/purchase development; therefore this development has a single family feel to accommodate its future single family homeownership structure. We worked with neighborhood groups and Area Commission to gain support for this project’s ability to proceed. This project was completed September 1997.
