This 90-unit senior apartment community is a three story “Y” shaped building with each floor self contained with laundry facilities, community space and other amenities. The building also includes a dining hall, conference room, exercise room, beauty shop, medical exam room, large screen TV room, computer lab, large aquarium, fire place, outdoor patio and a man-made pond. This property is owned by three faith based non profits (My Brother’s Keeper, Renaissance and Dayspring) representing three churches in the community. This project secured 9% LIHTC and City Home Funds. We provided development advisory services for two of the three non profits involved in the deal. The syndicator for this project was McDonald Securities. We also presented this project at the Northeast Area Commission for a successful application to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). This project was completed November 1999.
