Rhea Carter joined KBK Enterprises as its Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in June of 2015. In this role, Rhea oversees operations, accounting, and human resources for KBK Enterprises and its affiliates. As a financial operations professional who is also a licensed attorney, Rhea brings a unique mix of experiences and perspective to the Company’s operations. Prior to joining the Company, Rhea was an Accounting and Finance executive within the media sales division of a Fortune 500 company. Over the course of her 15+ year career there, Rhea stewarded over $2.7B in revenue while seamlessly orchestrating over 30 business and financial operation integrations, consolidations, and spin-offs.
As a proactive and visionary finance and business operations leader, Rhea knows how to identify opportunities for margin enhancements and process improvements as well as marshalling the requisite resources to execute on the same. Immediately prior to joining KBK Enterprises, Rhea, through her boutique law practice and consulting firm, advised business owners on a spectrum of legal, financial and operational matters to allow those organizations to focus on delivering quality experiences to their desired clientele. Early in life, Rhea was instilled with the value of a strong education. She earned a B.S. in Applied Economics from The Ohio State University; an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Regis University; a J.D. (Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Curia); and, an LL.M. in Business and Tax Law, both from Capital University Law School.
