Nicole Konkel joined Key Property Management Services, LLC (KPMS) as Vice President of Asset Management. During her 20+ year career in Property Management, Nicole has taken on some of the most challenging properties and worked with some of the major property management companies in Chicago, Dallas and Seattle. One of Nicole’s first roles in management included supporting her then management company on receivership duties with the Chicago Housing Authority. Nicole has expertise with a comprehensive range of diverse properties including affordable, luxury, senior, single family homes, high-rise, condominiums, homeowner associations, commercial and retail management.
She has experience as a “hands on” team member having held every role possible in the property management space. In addition to her property management roles, Nicole has lead and development training experience with departments for large multi-family and single family home management organizations. Nicole’s former leadership roles were progressive and most recently include CEO of a condominium and homeowner association management firm with fiscal responsibility of real estate assets over $1 billion.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nicole’s academic achievements include a B.A. in Communication from Western Illinois University, a M.A. in Communication and Training from Governors State University and a Ph.D., in Organization Development from Benedictine University with a concentration on organization change and leadership development.
